Introduction

A1R2 ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Sea Grid Tactics™ mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Nickname/Display Name: You can set a display name that will be visible to other players during local multiplayer games. This information is stored locally on your device only.
• Game Statistics: Match history, win/loss records, and gameplay statistics are stored locally on your device.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We collect device identifiers solely for the purpose of tracking match history across nickname changes. This identifier never leaves your device.
• Local Network Discovery: When searching for multiplayer opponents, your device broadcasts and receives peer discovery information over your local Wi-Fi network using Apple's MultipeerConnectivity framework. No personal information is transmitted beyond your display name.

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID)
• IP address
• Device type and operating system version
• App usage data for ad targeting and performance measurement

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking (or App Tracking Transparency prompt)

How We Use Your Information

• Facilitate local multiplayer gameplay between nearby devices
• Display your chosen nickname to opponents during matches
• Track your personal game statistics and match history (stored locally)
• Display advertisements via Google AdMob
• Improve app performance and user experience

Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage Only: All game data, statistics, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate any servers or cloud storage for user data.
• No Account Creation: The App does not require account creation or login.
• Device-to-Device Only: Multiplayer gameplay occurs directly between devices on the same local network. No game data is transmitted to external servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Google AdMob: As described above, for advertising purposes
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process

Children's Privacy

Sea Grid Tactics™ is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights and Choices

• Delete Your Data: You can delete all app data by uninstalling the App from your device.
• Change Nickname: You can change your display name at any time in the App's Settings.
• Opt Out of Ads: You can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.

Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device and persists until:

• You uninstall the App
• You manually delete app data through iOS Settings
• Your device is reset or replaced

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Displaying an in-app notice when significant changes occur

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
